I recently wrote about Why I Lead My Life With Intellectual Curiosity, and wanted to share specific, measurable habits that I’ve implemented into my routines, that have really just become the way I live my life. I started practicing these habits to help me keep my brain sharp, increase my focus, feel a sense of accomplishment and truly nothing has boosted my confidence more than taking really good care of my mind and remaining as intellectually stimulated as possible.
